You can return any full price item purchased on Benjamin Alexander within 30 days of the delivery date. Here's how:

  

- Contact brand@benjaminalexander.co with your order number and reason for return. You will be provided with a return address within 1 - 2 working days.

- Ensure merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included. We are unable to accept a return or issue a refund if the item does not meet these conditions.

- Please allow 3 - 7 working days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

- If you have not received a refund within 5 working days, please check with your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. If they are unable to confirm your refund please contact us via brand@benjaminalexander.co.
